  • 1 tbsp liquid chai
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 organic pitted dates
  • 1 cup almond milk

Notes

If you would like to add some extra nutritional benefits to one meal, this smoothie tastes perfect with a handful of protein-packed walnuts, a tsp of omega-rich flaxseeds and a cup of iron-filled spinach (the spinach hardly adds any flavour, only colour)
